Welcome to Bernlandia: The 2026 Onsite RV Over-Night Camping Village!
We are thrilled to offer a variety of overnight camping spaces available at the Linn County Expo Center through an online process. RVs will be assigned designated spaces.
Types of Spaces, Rates and Availability:
- Full Power (50 amp) and Water Hookup - $45/night (11 available - SOLD OUT)
- Full Power (30 amp) and Water Hookup - $40/night (37 available)
- Power Only (30 amp); No Water - $35/night (13 available)
- No Hookups - $25/night (6 available)
The site has a RV Dump Station. Depending on interest, the committee may provide a mid-week dump for an extra charge. Please indicate interest on the reservation form.
The Expo Center also provides three (3) men’s and three (3) women’s shower stalls in the Cascade Livestock Pavilion.

Application for an RV Parking Space implies acknowledgement and agreement to adhere to all RV restrictions and rules. (See below)
Steps to Reserve Onsite Bernlandia RV Parking Space:
- Download the Reservation Form
- Fill out form and email to Larry Nielsen, Mayor of Bernlandia at [email protected].
- Pay one-time $25 RV application processing fee (see below; this fee is non-refundable once RV space has been assigned).
- Upon receipt of your completed form and processing fee, the RV Chair (Mayor of Bernlandia) will assign you a designated space, based on rig size, space preference, and availability.
- The RV Chair will confirm your reservation by email, with instructions and a link to complete payment for your RV reservation.
Rules for Bernlandia (subject to additions):
- Payment in full is due prior to arrival.
- RV Over-Night Camping is only allowed in a designated area as assigned. Absolutely NO RV Over-Night Camping outside of designated area.
- Everyone assigned a space will be sent a cell phone number to call for assistance with parking on arrival. Absolutely no arrivals after 11:00 pm.
- Quiet time will be from 11:00 pm-6:00 am.
- RVs are responsible for their generator exhaust. Your exhaust must not blow into another RV’s site.
- No black/grey water dumping in your assigned space. The site has an RV dump station. If the interest is sufficient, we may provide mid-week honey wagon service as a cost to those wanting that service. After reservations are filled, we will provide more information.
- No use of sawdust or shavings in the spaces.
- The RV chair will contact those holding reservations to confirm information after RV registration closes or once the spaces are filled. If necessary, the RV chair will maintain a wait list.
- Reserved grooming van/box truck parking spaces are not accessible with an RV Over-Night Camping pass (additional fee required).
- The RV Over-Night Camping Pass is restricted to the dates approved by the BMDCA. The BMDCA, and all of the Regional BMD clubs, their respective executive boards, officers, members, agents, superintendents, and the Linn County Expo Center will not be responsible for damages, loss, or injury which may be sustained on the grounds of the Linn County Expo Center, including the disappearance, loss, or theft of any dogs.
