Ad Specifications

Berner-Garde numbers and names are required for all dogs featured in ads.
Half page ad size is 4½" wide x 3 5/8 " tall
All ads will be printed in black and white/grayscale format and must be submitted as “Camera Ready”; submit same ad in full color for the Facebook page.
Acceptable submission formats: pdf or jpg (minimum 300 dpi). If you submit in pdf format and the fonts that you use in your ad in are not available to the Superintendent, the fonts will be changed to the closest match available.
All ads must be paid in full prior to catalog printing. Any ads not paid in full will not appear in publication. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS

Please plan your design needs in advance so that you will be able to meet the ad submission deadline. If you need assistance, a graphic designer is available for basic ad production at an established fee of $60, payable to the designer.
